Proper cold chain delivery
Really impressed with the delivery. Items came with ice packs and everything was still properly chilled. You can tell they handle the meat seriously. Good experience overall.
Juicy, Tender & Worth It
The tomahawk lamb chops were surprisingly tender and full of flavour. Didn’t need much seasoning at all. Cooked them on a pan and the fat rendered nicely without being too gamey. Portion was generous and quality definitely above what I expected. Will reorder.
Great for Everyday Cooking
Cooked the Australian Grain-Fed Chuck Steak 2KG with garlic butter and it turned out great. Beef flavour was rich, texture was tender enough, and the marbling gave it a juicy finish. Really good value for a thick-cut everyday steak.
